Support Services
The Wake Forest University Facilities & Campus Services Support Services Center provides a central point of contact for the faculty, staff, and students on the Reynolda Campus and all University-owned properties. Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Staff receives all customer requests and routes those service requests to the appropriate personnel for resolution. Customer requests can vary in nature from specific repairs to key requests to custodial services to pest control.
The Support Service Center needs to obtain as much information as possible to pass on to the technician responding to your service request. Our service technicians come with their own areas of expertise. The better information that we can provide to our technicians, the quicker we can respond and be more efficient to provide resolution to the issue at hand. Please remember that additionally, any incoming calls that are determined not to be routine in nature or billable to the originating department, customer service may require budget code information prior to initiating a work order.
