Carswell Hall 1st floor Restroom Renovations

Demolition will start on the 1st floor restrooms of Carswell Hall – Men’s, Women’s and Faculty (which will be renamed as a unisex restroom) on Thursday, May 19th.

The contractor expects to be able to compete demo in one day but may spill over into Friday, May 20th as well. This will be a very noisy part of the renovation. Currently, barring any unforeseen circumstances, final inspections should be completed by June 21st with a couple of days for punch list items after that. We anticipate having the restrooms operational again by July 1 at the latest. Please do not park in the Facilities parking spot on the lower level of Carswell off Gulley Dr. past Monday, May 16th. The plan is to locate a construction dumpster/porta john in this area for the project duration.
