Wake Forest Road Intersections at Lower Davis Field / Scales and at Lot B Construction Work
| Between May 18 and July 15, the intersection at Lower Davis Field / Scales will be under construction and down to single-lane traffic for the majority of that duration. There will be intermittent, one-day shut-downs for storm drain and sewer line installations during that time, probably four or five days in total, prior to June 12. These will be communicated in advance as much as possible.
Also, Lot B will be closed between May 23 and June 30. Fencing will be installed, but the sidewalks will remain accessible. Traffic on Wake Forest Road at the Lot B intersection will be single-lane through the intersection during this time. Both Lot B and the intersection at Lot B will be fully re-opened by July 1. Please use caution at these intersections and plan for slow-moving traffic through these areas during the first 6 – 8 weeks of summer. |
