Annual Sprinkler Inspections

Annual testing & inspection of all fire sprinkler systems on the Reynolda campus & off campus properties. Scope of work includes visual inspection of sprinkler piping, sprinkler heads, sprinkler riser pipe, fire pumps, controls valves, tamper switches, etc. Performance Fire Protection is the contractor and will gain access to all spaces for Residence Halls, Academic buildings, Athletic Facilities & off campus properties. I will assist in taking fire alarms systems offline while performing waterflow tests, etc. There will be no fire alarm signals activated in buildings. I will reach out to the Teams to help me with the contractor and taking systems offline, if needed.
