Stephanie Poskin featured in CMM Magazine

Stephanie Poskin is our Director of Facilities Support Services & Operations here at Wake Forest University. She leads us toward a more inclusive, customer focused departmental culture every day. Her leadership has reached beyond the University’s gates as she is featured in a Q&A article published in the Cleaning & Maintenance Management Magazine’s July/August 2018 issue.

In this piece, Stephanie discusses the barriers that women face in the Facilities industry with anthropologist and business strategist Jenean Merkel Perelstein.  While responding to tough questions about society’s biases about Facilities work, diversity in the workplace, and women’s leadership practices, Stephanie explains that women’s inclusion supports more innovative and creative ideas from everyone with a seat at the table.  To read the article, visit CMM Online.
