All requests must be made through the work order system, with a billable budget code.
Common Requests
The goal of this service is to save event planners time and money. F&CS tries to keep rental costs at a minimum, and does not charge extra fees for delivery, setup , breakdown or delivery, only labor is charged. All billing happens automatically to the budget code provided, so there is no need for invoices.

Most items can be used inside and outside. Exceptions are: the stage must be used inside, and the propane heaters and light towers are for outside only.
