Wake Well

With Commencement 2019 behind us, and the summer underway, we decided to highlight one of the unexpected stars of this year’s graduation events: The Wake Well.

After a social media naming contest, a week’s worth of building onto the trailer, and incredibly quick coordination from our two leaders, Sloan Cole and Seth Looney, the Wake Well debuted at this year’s Commencement celebration.

The Wake Well was a raving success at graduation and sparked conversation about future use across campus. As summer camps flood our fields and residence halls during the summer months, the Wake Well will be stationed in high traffic areas to keep our community and its visitors cool.
