Bill Kennard, Horticulturist

After 15 years of nurturing the campus landscape, Bill Kennard retired in January 2024. As a Horticulturist, his dedication to the beauty of Wake Forest University’s grounds has left a lasting impact.
Jim Montgomery, Assistant Director, Fleet Services

Jim Montgomery’s 27 years of service in Fleet Services culminated in his retirement in July 2024. As Assistant Director, he played a crucial role in maintaining and managing the University’s fleet operations and customer vehicle needs.
Jim Shupe, Carpenter

With 29 years of skilled craftsmanship, Jim Shupe retired as a Carpenter II in November 2024. His expertise in carpentry has contributed to the upkeep and development of campus facilities.
Dede Honaker, Warehouse Coordinator

Dede Honaker retired in December 2024, concluding a dedicated 15-year career at Wake Forest University. She began her service in January 2010 with Parking and Transportation, then transitioned to Warehouse Coordinator in April 2019. In this role, she proved to be a significant asset to warehouse operations, providing excellent customer service and managing purchasing.
Scott Frazier, Building Systems Manager, Fire & Life Safety

Scott Frazier’s 31-year career in Building Systems Management, specializing in Fire & Life Safety, concluded in December 2024. His expertise has been vital in safeguarding the campus community.
Eloisa Jacobo, Custodian

After 22 years of dedicated service, Eloisa Jacobo retired as a Custodian in May 2024. Her commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment has been greatly appreciated.
Trina Forest, Custodian

Trina Forest retired as a Custodian in May 2024, concluding 11 years of service. Her hard work contributed to the cleanliness and upkeep of campus spaces.
