Specialist Daily Weekly Project
Light Duty Specialist -Empty trash and ash containers
-Spot clean desks and glass
-Light switches, wall and door spotting
-Pick up large pieces of trash
-Check under desks
-High and low dusting
-Glass cleaning
-Clean handrails
- Requested or scheduled projects
* Work scheduled for Friday must be submitted by Tuesday of the same week.
Vacuum Specialist -Vacuum all traffic patterns
-Vacuum stairs as assigned
-Turn off lights
-Secure doors
-Vacuum edges and corners
-Vacuum all carpet
- Requested or scheduled projects

Restroom Specialist -Remove objects and flush toilets
-Refill dispensers
-Empty Trash
-Dry clean top to bottom
-Disinfect brightwork
-Disinfect toilets/urinals
-Mop floors
-Clean hard water deposits from toilets/urinals and fixtures - Requested or scheduled projects
* Work scheduled for Friday must be submitted by Tuesday of the same week.
Utility Specialist -Spot mop, spot clean stairwells
-Collect trash bags and dispose in dumpster
-Clean entrances
-Clean elevators
-Spot clean carpet
-Recycle
-Mop (wet)
-Clean stairs
