2024 ANNUAL REPORT

This year, event support from across the teams and trades played a pivotal role in the seamless execution of a record number of campus events. Events such as Commencement, Move-In, and Tower and Tunnel Tours were continued successes, while also supporting a wide variety of student-led, faculty, staff, and athletic events.

The demand for event support services continued to rise, reflecting the increasing number of events on campus. We are proud of our team’s ability to handle this growth while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Wake Forest University Facilities & Campus Services offers a convenient and cost-effective event rental service. We provide a variety of items to enhance your event, from tables and chairs to staging and more. Our service simplifies the rental process, saving you both time and money. With minimal rental costs and no extra fees for delivery, setup, or breakdown (only labor charges apply), we handle the logistics so you can focus on your event. Billing is streamlined through your provided budget code, eliminating the need for invoices. All requests must be submitted through the work order system with a designated budget code.
