Graylyn International Conference Center, built during the period 1927 – 1932, is located on a 55-acre property that offers guests a private estate of their own. Of the 55 acres, 26 are large open fields with tree groupings and tree-lined borders. On the remaining 29 acres, sit historic buildings and cottages surrounded by well-manicured lawns, gardens, courtyards and entrance ways maintained by the Graylyn Landscape team.

The team changes the flower beds twice annually in order to maintain year-round color. They plant seasonal perennials, ornamental grasses, ferns, groundcovers, flowering shrubs and bulbs to create beautiful gardens and inviting spaces for Graylyn guests. Guests’ favorites are the White Garden, the Rose Garden, the Herb Garden, the Mews Courtyards and the Butterfly Garden.
